News From The Solar System

This is kind of late but we have officially had the most powerful solar flare in recorded history. Designated as an X28, the November 4 x-ray flare fortunately didn't score a direct hit on earth.

In the sky tonight. Except nobody saw it in Houston unless they had really good vision that could penetrate the cloud layer we've had all day.

The Saudis are getting another round of good will from their al Quaeda brethren.
