Because we violated an agreement to deliver fuel oil and build a nuclear power plant. I believe what they're saying is they have an entitlement to any kind of weapon they want, including nuclear. I believe we have an entitlement, too. Like a few smart bombs in the middle of the Yongbyon nuclear facility.
