Why does Rather have to keep repeating "It's not over" everytime he says George Bush is ahead? Maybe he's trying to convince himself. On the other hand, I'm finding CBS to have the best coverage. They have consistently been ahead of the other networks with projections even though they may be wrong about Washington state.
