Many things to do for the past week or so have kept me away. When I started data reduction on the star fields I shot last week, I discovered that I forgot to put on the V filter. That means the fields shot with the StellaCam are not valid for photometry. I went back a couple of days later and shot the same fields with the ST-237A using the V filter but, as usual, mount irregularities were a problem with exposures over about 20 seconds. I tried some photometry on the RR Peg field but was less than satisfied with the results. So, because of stinky weather for the past few days, I'm stuck until I get more images with the StellaCam. This time I won't forget the filter.

I reshot the fields with video (StellaCam II) and V filter. Data reduction was less than satisfactory. I cannot reconcile the magnitudes I get using Maxim DL with what I see on the AAVSO quick look database. Typically I'm 1 magnitude off from what I see there. Not sure why but I'm going to continue trying.
