Ivan Reincarnates

After devastating Florida and other parts of the country, Ivan looped back south, crossed Florida as a low pressure area, and now is in the Gulf of Mexico. Looks like the track will take it straight into Galveston Bay. I'm not concerned with the wind--it will be a minimal tropical storm at best. The problem we may have, though, is rain. If it moves as slowly as predicted, this could be another Allison.
