We managed to get the Christmas decorations up without any. Typically I have a minimum of two near apoplectic episodes during this annual event, especially while trying to install hundreds of tiny lamps on tree limbs equipped with needle sharp barbs. But, once again, it's done and now I can look forward to an even better event: taking it all down.
