Saddam Apologizes to God

And the Kuwaiti people for his abominable actions in the Gulf War.  Of
course, it's not really his fault.  He just couldn't control himself when
he found out the Kuwaitis were in cahoots with the U.S.  He was, after all,
a victim of  a U.S. and Kuwaiti plot.  Sounds like he's had one of
those new fangled Organogenesis' skin grafts.
